Denise Bankston, a Licensed Clinical Social Worker, is a native of Albany, GA, and an Army veteran. Denise attended Walden University where she received her bachelor’s in psychology for Human
Services and graduated with honors. She also received her Master of Social Work from Walden.

Denise interned and worked at Southern Center for Choice Theory in which she helped with children who had experienced sexual trauma, helped male sex offender groups, and domestic violence groups. She also interned at Moore Resolutions Group gaining experience with adults, children, social skills groups, Autism, anxiety, and depression to name a few. Denise is passionate about mental health and working with clients to get them to a better place. She believes it is important to remember that children are people too and should be treated as such as she continues to advocate and invest in them.
