Denise Bankston, a Licensed Clinical Social Worker. I am a native of Albany, Ga. I am an Army

Services. I graduated with honors. I also received my Master of Social Work from Walden. I
interned and worked at Southern Center for Choice Theory in which I helped with children who
had experienced sexual trauma, helped male sex offender groups, and domestic violence
groups. I also interned at Moore Resolutions Group gaining experience with adults, children,
social skills groups, Autism, anxiety, and depression to name a few. I am passionate about
mental health and working with clients to get them to a better place. I believe it is important to
remember that children are people too and should be treated as such. Therefore I will continue
to advocate for them.
